Replacement:
All products can be replaced within 14 days of receiving the item.
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
In order to replace a product you must contact us and we will send you the return shipping address.

Refund:
All products can be returned up to 48 hours after receiving the item, provided no use is made of the product, and it is in its original condition.
If you want to return a product, you must contact us and provide the order number you received by email with the order confirmation and the product invoice.We will send you the return shipping address.

All our products are made of high-quality Italian leather that can be preserved for many years. We use natural skin, without synthetic finishes. Therefore over time the skin will not remain smooth and polished. Scratches may appear on the skin, and the colors may darken slightly due to sun exposure.

Leave marks on the skin. Although we recommend avoiding contact with water and rain, the patina created as a result of daily exposure to weather damage will disappear over time. You can use special leather care products to protect and preserve the bag new and shiny.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We take care of repairing for all our customers, at no additional cost, any defect resulting from the production of the bag, including sewing, with no time limit. It is important to remember that each skin is unique and has a different color, texture and markings. Also, skins have a tendency to get scratched from self-use, so scratches are not considered a defect. Avoid color-reducing jeans, as this color usually does not go down. No warranty on rivets / fur / jewelry. Of course each case is examined by our professional team.

Delivery from NIS 500 and up is free and is made up to 21 business days from the date of order.
